Subject:Blitz 2000 temporarily down

Thanks to RHA (they gave no warning), the Blitz2000 site might appear to be down. I've changed
the URL forwarding, so it might be a couple of days before all the DNS
servers are going to the correct site. It will also take a while to upload
all of the site again.
